In this update, Neil announces the creation of a powerful new proposal — a No-Fly Zone Asian accord to stop the cabal from entry into Asian countries where their sole intention is for more war and terrorist activities to advance their world hegemony.
The time has come for the catalyst of an Asian No-Fly Zone. It is a first step toward putting these psychopaths behind bars where they rightfully belong.
Another plan of action that Neil’s announces is the project to expose known criminals and mercenaries by publicizing pictures of their homes and families: Is this YOUR home and family? We cannot continue to keep our eyes wide shut; and they can no longer be allowed to hide behind secrecy.
For their crimes, they enjoy a life of luxury that has been built upon the suffering and lives of humanity. The fathers, mothers, daughters, sons and related family members will be identified for the crimes that they directly or may even indirectly support. They will be uncovered for who they really are.

NOTE: This update was filmed in Bali, Indonesia at the “Hindu Gates,” an entryway to a place of worship and meditation for the Indonesian people. The setting is quite beautiful, however, because of the background noise, the vocal audio is difficult to hear during the first few minutes of the video, after which it improves. Video Highlights:
- A legal agreement with Russia, China and Asia for a No-Fly Zone over these countries is now in the process of being completed. This would mean all entry would be barred into these countries by the Western global elite: Obama, Cheney, Soros, the Bushes, the Rothschilds, and all related members of the cabal. The No-Fly document will be in the hands of Russia, China and Asia within a few days and will then served on these cabal individuals.
- In his meetings with various government officials, Neil has put forth the recommendation that if the cabal criminals cannot be kept from entry into these countries, then they need to be arrested upon arrival and charged with their war crimes, terrorist activities, and depopulation crimes against humanity.
- The Rothschild family has been particularly singled out by Putin as needing to be eliminated, but it cannot go without saying that the Bushes and Rockefellers are equally guilty.
- Neil emphasizes his support of our readers who have taken the brave action to deal with the UN mercenaries who unlawfully invaded their neighborhood. The neighborhood’s “Special Force” showed these misplaced soldiers pictures of their own homes and families, after which they left the area. If our readers have any information and/or pictures of those who need to be exposed for their crimes, or who are unlawfully invading their neighborhood with their armed presence, we encourage you to send it to The Keenan Team. We will see to it that it gets into the right hands and that the personal details of their lives are exposed for all to see. This is quid pro quo – they are poisoning and threatening our lives and our families’ lives. We will use their own tactics against them and bring a halt to their crimes and terror in a peaceful and effective way.
- Recently members of BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) met with the financial controllers in Washington, D.C. BRICS nations (including China who is a significant stakeholder in the Global Accounts) were actually being conciliatory in their offer to include the West in funding from the Collateral Accounts. While the Collateral Accounts don’t belong to the West, these greedy criminals had the audacity to decline any agreement whatsoever.
- The death-knell of the U.S. dollar is happening now. Russia and China are aggressively by-passing all use of the U.S petro-dollar for trade, and that spells the end of the dollar as the world’s reserve currency and FED domination over the world’s economy.
- Lawyers specializing in international law are needed. Please contact The Keenan Team if you are able to contribute your expertise to this effort.
- For those who question the difference between the cabal and the Dragon Family, be assured that the cabal will never part with a dime to help humanity and have for years consistently stolen from the Dragon Family. There will be no funds going into individuals’ pockets; the Dragon Family’s intent is to provide funds to establish humanitarian projects, opportunities for humanity to be able to help itself, something that the cabal always has and always will do all in their power prevent.
- Discussion of the fraudulent Swissindo and OPPT are a complete waste of time.
- Soros made a brainless statement recently to the U.K. government that if they pulled out the European Union (something that most Brits want), all of the major manufacturing will also be pulled out of England. This points to the obvious fact that those corporate manufacturers are part of the global elite. As can be seen in the U.S., during the past 30 years, most of our manufacturers have already moved overseas. This is all a Rothschild game.
- It must be remembered that the Ukraine separated from Russia to begin with because Reagan, Mitterrand and Wanta (who is no white-hat), stole funds from the Global Accounts and used them to destroy the Russian ruble.

Actually we all have PTSD from the never ending parade of treachery we’ve had to witness. How about another meeting of the unaligned nations, but this time make it a public international event. Putin, China, and the others can tell the world about the accounts, the cabal, their intentions, and about the plans for a new financial system, free of cabal control. And if the new energy and healing technologies are for real, then that also could be revealed.
It’s really the only way the world will wake up, and if done we could finally have the movement we need to stop the madness.

QUESTION: Is there some way to FORCETPTB to remove Soros software from the Voter Diebold machines, and also provide the voter with a “receipt” showing the votes cast in his name “by the machine”, not just the paper ballot? Some folks actually watched as the voting machines changed their votes but nothing was done. One mode of vote fraud is that the Diebold vendors claim they have a “last minute” fix to the software AFTER the Secs of State have certified the machines — and too late for another test and recertification. This should not be allowed.

I have witnessed as a roving poll worker for the past several years (visiting polling places for machine malfunctions such as machines not working at all due to faulty wiring, etc.) of people’s complaints of how their votes changed from what they entered, to some other party of who they did NOT select. I hope to testify in this fraud as that is the only reason I participate. It should be a ‘feel good’ job to support America, but rather a shame to our country! The secty of state came out 2 years ago and gave our country approval for the most efficient county in the county. It was only to hide the truth, so what a criminal joke!!!

Hi Neil and the great team i live in IRELAND and just yesterday i watched planes spray the sky right over my town called fermoy for 5 hours straight. they made a very nice grid. everyone could see it. i filmed it and put it on face book just go to john hayes on face book if you want to see it.my question is when you write up the document saying a no fly zone could you please send it to the Irish government immediately. i,m gone blue in the face trying to wake people up to this. even when i show them the documents on chem trail,s they just laugh at me and say i,m reading to much on conspiracy theory,s.when people seen the real thing and still deny it. i really get down it,s like i,m talking to my self. i pray that ye will be protected and safe on your journey.keep up the good fight.

People need to realize that it’s not a good idea to be impatient. The cabal got into power and stayed in power because of their tenacious patience. The next step is to go through this website and educate yourselves, then take that education and, with other coordinators, start making appointments with sheriffs, judges and other officials. John Darash got all of the counties in NY state signed up and is already beginning to take corporate judges to court to make them atone for their misdeeds. This is taking down the corporate cabal from the roots up, while Keenan & Co. work closer to the top.

I agree with you… this is probably the best and last opportunity to do so while the price is being suppressed to well below the cost of production.
Silver costs at least $22 to get out of the ground and it is only coming out at a 9 to 1 ratio with gold.
Everyone should get their money out of their 401 (k)s before they are destroyed in the next stock market crash so they can buy silver bullion, bullets and storable food to sustain their families.

A wide net should be cast concerning naming, shaming and exposing the Cabal, and pictures should include EVERY CABAL CRIMINAL, not just UN Mercenaries.

The Restore America Plan that evolved into the Republics for the united States of America (RuSA) started with grand juries. I was a grand juror for 26 cases. We held them for over a year and did everything possible to obtain assistance / support from the county sheriff and other law officials with zero success. We had grand juries established in over 40 sates with almost a thousand people involved. We even met with Sheriff Mack to share truths about the US Corporation and we found that he was unaware of most of what we shared with him and of course he never got back in touch with us after he had time to research the facts.
Please note that I’ve checked the National Liberty Alliance website everyday since April 7th to see if there is an update about their April 7th summons demand (see link) and they have not even bothered to let the public know what happened and or what new roadblocks they are grappling with. I am behind them 100% if they can get any traction.

Everything you stated above is correct but is your suggestion realistic? I promise you that more than 99% of the US population will not follow your suggestion to engage in commerce using just gold and silver. Cash will be king for about 2 weeks after the crash of the Federal Reserve Notes while shelves are being cleared. After that it will become food, water, fuel, medicine, alcohol, firearms, generators and yes, gold and silver.

In closing, the patriot community is infiltrated by disinformation agents who use words similar to yours to give people false hope so they sit back and wait to be saved.
