We Are On Our Way Home

It took a long time to get things to where they are.  It’s not much further now. We can accomplish miracles if we keep at it and when finished, we can sit down and enjoy a nice dinner.

  4. Decreasing the overall stress level and getting some exercise in even casual walks, sipping clean water throughout the day, getting out into the fresh air, getting good rest, eat nutritious meals will go a long way to balance blood sugar.
