A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE GLOBAL COLLATERAL ACCOUNTS AND KEENAN’S EFFORTS TO FREE THEM

The history behind the Global Collateral Accounts is vast and complex, and reaches back some 250 years. For the purposes of this brief overview, we will focus on two key elements which are now headlining stories around the world: debt, and gold.
The Western banking oligarchy’s current global control can be traced back to the Rothschild family’s dominance of international banking in the early years of the 19th century. The long-term strategy of the elite banking and royal bloodline families was simple: gain control of the global gold supply in order to maintain power through the control of global currency and its underlying collateral. Gold and Debt – that is the essence of this story.
Where Did the Gold Come from and to Whom Does It Belong?
For two thousand years, the gold of the world flowed east toward China, along the Silk Road, from the Roman Empire, on through to the Byzantine and the Spanish, in exchange for the silks, spices, and treasures of the East. When the bankers of Europe decided to seek control of the world financial system, control of this gold became essential.
Who created the Global Collateral Accounts and why?
Operation Golden Lily is the well-documented story of the Japanese gold-collecting teams, which infiltrated key gold-holding nations well in advance of the military invasions of China and other nations, with the express intent of seizing the hundreds of thousands of metric tons of gold that had accumulated in Asia (primarily in China). The Nazi gold-collecting system is well-known, but the Japanese accumulated a far greater hoard, with the knowledge and cooperation of certain European banking interests.
Where is the gold and how did it get there?
The “official” total for the entire amount of gold said to be above ground since humanity first began mining the precious metal is approximately 160,000 metric tons. Evidence now indicates that a more accurate figure is well in excess of two million metric tons. During World War Two, the Japanese dug tunnels and bunkers throughout Southeast Asia to store the gold – primarily in Indonesia, Thailand, and The Phillipines. After the war, the gold was discovered by the Allies, and was incorporated into a system set up by the European central bankers before the war for this very purpose. The exact total of the wealth in the off-ledger accounts is not known, but is said to be in the thousands of trillions of dollars in gold, platinum, and gems, in addition to an undetermined amount in Federal Reserve notes and other currencies.
How did the nations come to agree that the Accounts were to be used for humanitarian programs?
At the Bretton Woods Conference in 1944, when the soon-to-be-victorious Allies met to create a new global financial system, the International Monetary Fund was created. In the late 1940’s, President Sukarno of Indonesia was appointed monetary controller of behalf of the depositors to monitor and implement the Global Accounts for redevelopment purposes.
How did the banking elite abuse the Accounts?
The central banking families had already put in place essential structures to seize and control this wealth: the Bank of International Settlements, the International Monetary Fund, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the United Nations, all of which were funded by elite banking figures, including the Rockefellers and Warburgs. The agreements to use the funds for development were neglected, and the banking elite proceeded to use them for their own ends, blocking the depositors from access. President Sukarno of Indonesia had been appointed “M1” or Monetary Controller of the Accounts (as much of the assets are stored in hidden bunkers in Indonesia), but he was removed from power after making a deal with John F. Kennedy to use the funds to back new U.S. Treasury dollars, in a direct move against the central bankers’ power. Kennedy’s assassination prevented this move from succeeding.
The central bankers put in place a system that allows the Federal Reserve to block anyone but banking elite insiders from using the Accounts, thus blocking the actual owners – the depositors – from utilizing the assets for humanitarian programs, as originally intended.
Who is Neil Keenan and what is his relationship to the Global Accounts?
The emergence of Neil Keenan at the cutting edge of these events can be traced to the theft in 2009 by Vatican financial insider Daniele dal Bosco of $144.5 billion in Federal Reserve notes which were entrusted to Mr. Keenan by the Dragon Family, the group of ancient wealthy clans in Asia who are the legitimate owners of vast amounts of gold in the off-ledger Global Accounts. The Dragon Family has been attempting for decades to utilize the Accounts for their originally intended purpose, and sought out Keenan’s help because of his reputation as a well-connected, tough-minded international businessman. The story of this theft, and of Mr. Keenan’s filing of a trillion-dollar lawsuit against elite figures and institutions (including the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, The World Bank, the Italian government, the Italian Financial Police, Silvio Berlusconi, and others) was first revealed by Benjamin Fulford, former Forbes Magazine financial editor for Asia, who traveled to Italy to conduct initial investigations, where an attempt was made on his life. The story was then taken up by best-selling author David Wilcock (who then also received death threats), confirming the story in an investigative article on his influential blog. The 110-page lawsuit, first filed in New York federal court, can be viewed at this link.
In addition to his lawsuit (which he subsequently withdrew in order to re-file in a more effective jurisdiction), Keenan also filed a Cease and Desist order on behalf of the Dragon Family against a Who’s Who of the cabal power structure, putting them on notice that they were defrauding the Global Accounts, and would be prosecuted for any further fraud. This Cease and Desist names George Herbert Walker Bush, George W Bush, Queen Elizabeth II, the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon, David Rockefeller, Hillary Clinton, and a host of other world figures and organizations who are in the inner circle of the cabal.
The bonds which were stolen from Mr. Keenan were Federal Reserve notes given to the Dragon Family in payment for the gold deposited in the Accounts – notes which the Federal Reserve continually blocked from utilization. Mr. Keenan’s lawsuit represents the first formidable attempt to defeat this theft.
As may be expected, his life is in danger. He has survived four assassination attempts to date, and now has protection in place from numerous allies around the world. Mr. Keenan is currently in Indonesia, finalizing agreements with the Indonesian elders, and Chinese officials holding lineal claim to the majority of the assets in the Accounts.
Mr. Keenan is in possession of key documents, such as the original of the Green Hilton Memorial Agreement between Kennedy and Sukarno, and the “Black Book,” secret records of the Accounts. Numerous other pieces of evidence can be provided. In addition to Mr. Keenan’s participation, other key players may be brought to the table as part of the interview process, including Indonesians involved in the guardianship of the Assets, powerful Asian financial officials, and others. We propose immediate discussions to explore this possibility.

Are we able to read copies of those books? Is there any harm in allowing the entire World learn of it’s contents?
I am sure the Cabal knows exactly what it says. Why not allow the World to know what they are afraid of? Remove their masks in the public square. Permit the curious public to connect their own dots and come to a conclusion. You keep the actual evidence, but humanity has the transcript of it, just in case it get’s “lost”. Mostly because if they admitted to it they’d all be killed. Certainly Hillary’s campaign for President would be over before it began, and that would leave Sanders as the Democratic nominee. But as long as nobody knows that Clinton has done anything wrong, she can wash her hands of her husbands’ sins, and be an acceptable Presidential nominee. Also don’t expect Queen Elizabeth to admit to having anything to do with all this: this is all definitely against the rules. If these accounts ever do become public knowledge, she’ll swear she’s never heard of them, I guarantee it. You know what someone should do? mention these accounts to Syriza (the Greek hard-left party). It’ll be like that scene from the fourth Harry Potter book when Fred and George leave Hogwarts (Merkel is Umbridge).

How people so quickly forget, I think the Way Hillary dealt with the Benghazi event alone , should make her exempt from becoming a presidential contender.
And how convenient on how she became ill and was unable to attend the hearing’s in regard to this matter. Well said, Breezyd. I just got back from a vacation in Scotland, and the minute I stepped back on U.S, soil, it was like entering a third world country. My very first thought was “Oh, please, let me go back to Scotland where the people say hello and smile, and where the drivers are courteous and don’t know what a horn is.” Imploding indeed. But, as you mentioned, the majority of Americans have their heads buried in their devices, oblivious to what’s coming. It’s okay, though…we will eventually get back to our roots of community and service. It’ll be a very bumpy ride, but I have faith we’ll make it.

I despies the “United States”, and I was born there. When you live in a foreign country you can distance yourself far enough to actually see why the rest of the world hates Americans. I believe most people do not care to hear or even want to know the truth, maybe it would be too much. What I do believe is that we the people are misled and constantly lied to by a controlled media as well as our leaders in the white house.

The whole system is a farce. How can you have a choice with only two parties. Notice that Neil does not mention who has ‘possession’ of the over one million tons of gold and precious objects. Karen Hudes claims that it is secured by The Global Debt Facility in various secret, guarded locations. Keenan also states that these ancient family lineages, “Hold Claim” to the gold; he specifically DOES NOT SAY that this wealth is in their possession. It would be nice to know who actually POSSESSES the wealth, not who is laying claim to it. It cannot be dispersed until it is possessed! I wanted to offer a REAL SOLUTION to the fight between GOOD and EVIL as we seem to see play out NOW.
It turns out the source of the problems we have are done through “our own energies” which are shaped by rotten education, false media (to include false religious concepts of fear). So the wimpy-ass designers of our demise are now “cornered” and scared to die (silver bullets/ lost heads). They may even be asking for “forgiveness” (a blue avian suggestion). Of course how do you forgive satanic-sacrifices (ie murder). But this must be done; let me explain.
It is useful to know the human-mind can destroy the reptilian-setup (ie wimps), but they used our mind’s energies to make our prison (by way of false books, false movies, false ideas, and false flags). But lets use “the mind” for defense only (ie a shield of light), but/and also as an “emotion-powered design tool” to create a unified human collective (of loving neighbors).
Let me detail a foundation for “a logical solution” to the meeting of good/evil in these end days (of tragic silliness).
Number one idea: we are all a divine-energy from a non-manifest spiritual realm of Pure-Being (ie all of us are “god” playing as if we were “not”)…That may sound silly but…let me go on.
Number two idea: Let’s also imagine the universe (of rocks, planets, and suns) is still evolving into a less-fang-oriented (eat or be eaten) universe….where other energies are used for nourishment in the future of a time line. So the “fang” aspect of life is “scary” to a surviving biological “vehicle” of a playful-god (who is now soiling his pants).
Number three idea: ( also see book …Starseed Transmission) All of those who live in the “material-duality-realm” can be divided up into duality-groups of the good guys and the bad-guys….who will have to come to terms SOON on this planet. By definition of “cosmic-law-of-duality” these two groups “must” exist equally. Also notice that I wish to avoid the title “evil-guys” (I wish to avoid that term).
Continuation of third idea: So these two groups (presently in conflict) have …in actuality…..common good grounds/ideas/wishes/fears…etc etc etc . What are these? And how do I know this to be a fact? In truth both sides “hate” the evil they see all around them (ie the unfinished universe of fangs/death….which is just the way the universe is today).
But the reaction to a so-called evil-universe is and “must’ (due to duality) be two different reactions (both seem right).
The good-guy sees mostly good and less evil (as he grows up)…..so he wants to destroy the evil and create more good. The so-called bad-guy sees mostly evil (family-satanic-sacrifices…etc etc) and very little good…..so this poor soul would only want to “destroy the whole F..ing universe”….and so they do try. Obviously they know this is not super-cool and so they fear-annihilation by the good-guy, who also fears annihilation by the bad guy.
Number four idea: Since both of these folks (incarnated god-sources) are seeing evil and hating it (even though reacting in two different ways….a “must” in a duality-system)….and since both sides “fear” annihilation by the “other-party”….then since they are essentially….the same….in a “weirdo-universe” of duality….as compared to their original-source of unmanifest-so-called divine realms.
THEN why not…..cut the crap……sh*t- can all this blaming each other for the duality-system…….and just drop the subject of….hating one another. The whole thing a big-cosmic-misunderstanding….and the final meeting point is understanding of each one’s (same) point of view…..and like the African’s do…..admit to our errors and be forgiven in public .
Conclusion: So as hard as it is to be a victim and be forgiving….it is equally hard to accept forgiveness for all the torture and murder and destruction that was ….simply a reaction to growing up in a crappy-universe. So lets just give-up and forget the whole damned thing.
Simple FORGIVNESS. Offer these elite SOBs a way to reconcile…..or else chose to get “very-very-hurt” trying to fight them.
How do I know this: I called upon the “devil-of-earth” (a man) to ask him what the hell his problem was. It was clear he understood this divine-nature as his essential-nature….and he understood the workings (not secrets) of the metaphysical laws that govern manifest creation. So we talked….and he said he hated evil….and therefore wanted to (logically) destroy the whole sha-bang. He also voiced his fear of death. And when we decided forgiveness was a good path (I was a representative of the so-called good-guys)….he in turn decided to NOT add fear to an event…..thanks. I also talked to his minions (with very snarly looking faces). They also accepted ….and decided to develop their good sides….to make up for all the horror they (logically) chose in the past. Their transformed smiles and shiny-eyes of joy were a pleasure to see.
Ladies and Gentlemen……..lets think about this!!!! PLEASE. I wish to live in a nice world…not one that was destroyed by the “illusion” of opposing forces……which both hate….”the unfinished-universe (fangs-for-food)”…..so-called evil.

Sounds good LEGG. Many of us have been anchoring in the scenario you suggest, creating Transformational Force Fields that transform/transmute ‘harmful’ Negativities of all natures. But the Key to this is what I call the ALFA FLAG (Awareness, Love, Forgiveness & Appropriateness and Fearlessness, Light, Attitude& Gratitude). That is the only FLAG we should wave. Let’s invite our Dark Brethren of Self-Service stumbling along that most difficult & lonely Left-Hand Path into the Light, or else let us make a truce with them. They stop trying to control & destroy us & the World as we know it & we let them live comfortably away on their estates. To Give Before or Fore-giveness is the only way to go. We cannot create this new “New Earth”, if we ourselves use their control weaponry: Fear, Anger, Hate & Anxiety Production(FAHAP) based tactics. This feeds the Energy they use to control the System now in place. It’s sort of Luke learning from Yoda where his personal power lies in his ability to focus on the Light/Force & banish FAHAP , or Yeshua saying to “Turn the other Cheek.” Think about what that really means. He doesn’t mean act cowardly, on the other hand, it takes great Fortitude to resist the ‘Fight’ mechanism. He means not to play their game of Violence, & surround them with Love & White Light. The black book handwritten entries seem to be sectioned off into different combinations of the same numbers. Is there a code, or a numerological reason for this? Example:

Perhaps if people would accept the following as fact we could one day form a movement committed to restoring the Republic.
1. Government’s PURPOSE is to secure people’s unalienable rights to Life, Liberty, and an opportunity to pursue Happiness.
2. No individual or government entity has ever had the authority to unilaterally alter this purpose.
3. Any government Act designed to diminish or destroy anyone’s ability to enjoy an unalienable right is an unconstitutional Act and those responsible for drafting, promoting, passing, and/or perpetuating the act are criminals.
4. If the Act was supportive of those seeking a New World Order (which most are), the criminals are guilty of “adhering” to America’s enemy which, according to Art. III, Sec. 3 of the Constitution is an Act of Treason. Clearly, these criminals must be held accountable if there is to be any hope of God again blessing America and of us avoiding the curses identified in the book of Deuteronomy.
As Trump has said: we need “a grass-roots movement of people ready to transform our party and our country” (at the moment the Republican party isn’t my party as it’s no better than the Democratic Party). Both are wings of the same bird!
A litmus test for a government action should be: did the Act help to secure an unalienable Right or help to destroy it?
5. I suggest some organization consider turning the paper at http://thecnc.org/Documents/ActiveDuty.htm into a pamphlet in several languages (English,Spanish, Russian, and Chinese at a minimum) so it could be used as a handout with the hope of educating military personnel to the fact that their families will also become slaves under the New World Order. That is if they are allowed to live.

regarding your post on 9/11, JFK and the Collateral accounts. You are mixing religion in with this situation. Just so you know, i was born Jewish and have half of my family Ashkanazi (khazars) and these cabal members want us dead too. I don’t personally understand the race feelings that you have, but I hear you say it is hurtful. For that I send you warm wishes. I believe, in my limited understandings, it is all about race and bloodlines for the cabal. It is a method of self-governance and a control mechanism that creates the separation between them and us. So, I find it understandable to reference it – knowing that it applies to specific families and individuals who seek to crush humanity. Some time after 9/11, I saw a photo from the devastation of the twin tower remains. The photo clearly showed a blown up vault with the metal bars blown off their hinges. This was from under the towers somewhere. This was from a website reporting about the 9/11 information as it was being revealed shortly after 9/11. (that is the best time to get any chance at truth and facts). I don’t remember the website and have never seen that photo again. I just learned of a very curious or perhaps not so curious thing of a grammar language issue in written text. As you read English occasionally as you may have noticed you will see WORDS WRITTEN LIKE THIS. This in not English! It is a kind of Latin. Properly in Latin is would read WORDS-WRITTEN-LIKE-THIS. Styles manuals, grammar knowledge if it had not been taken our of schools would make it obvious to the trained eye. So what is it? It is a kind of corrupt text called Dog Latin or in Latin DOG-LATIN. DOG LATIN is neither yet now I am seeing it all over town. It is on road signs and buildings, you may have noticed it on your bills where YOUR NAME is written or YOUR ADDRESS is written using it. English I think should be used to keep this corrupted Roman criminal DOG-LATIN off of all our new documents. It is a trick, a fraud and makes documents, business names and our names in to a corrupt criminal enterprise. By definition Dog Latin is all capital letters that uses English rules so unknowingly we see it as making sense yet is is no better than having misspelled words and far worse in the illusion it creates for instance that YOUR PROPERTY is the same as your property. Check it out and see how much of it you will find. I am going to stop using now that I know about it.

I am sure that there are many here in NZ that will help out where they can. The Banking Institutions in the US have a hold on many things that are corrupt, and they really need to be stopped and be held accountable for their actions.
The one big thing that has crossed many minds here in NZ is how on the earth did John Key get into parliament here when he has been living out of NZ for many years working for the US banking.. Hello!!!
