Worldwide Alert:
Neil Is Pissed Off And Is Releasing His Weapons
During the past three months I have felt the sting of my money being stolen, my bank accounts being wiped out on New Year’s Eve, my friend being killed while attempting to help us, and another friend who survived a car accident — all of it orchestrated by the Cabal.
I finally heard word tonight that “they” do not want any foreign country helping us. So guess what? It is time to fight back with all we’ve got. Time to exact revenge. Time to completely exploit every one of their weaknesses. So here we go, ladies and gentlemen! Payback is a bitch. We may be small but we are a force to be reckoned with.
I am reluctantly giving up possession of the Black Book, aka Book of Codes. It will go to the one I believe is best suited to handle it. I have been watching over the Book, taking care of it, but in dealing with the Global Accounts, I have had little time to use this “lethal weapon” to the world’s maximum advantage.
Let me be clear here. With the Book(s) in hand, the Greek Government would never have to worry about the European Union’s absurd demand for repayment. They would be holding the Book that exposes the EC (European Commission) for providing the entire EU (European Union) with nothing but blank paper. Yet they expect to be paid back. So are we to give them back paper of no value whatsoever? So long EU!
Imagine
On the other hand, imagine the damage that the Russians could wreak on the West if they had the Book, this “Financial Holy Grail,” in their hands. They would be able to expose the unrestrained, unlimited frauds that the West has perpetrated against its own people!
Imagine the damages they would be forced to pay to the very people that they have kept enslaved for so many long years. But whoever receives this Book will have to be extremely careful with it — it can be deadly as well as generous.
Imagine what this Book means and the vast consequences that it will have around the globe. The Book spells out everything: there will be no more disputes over the accounts! And the World Bank will finally be seen for what it is and that it has absolutely nothing to do with the Collateral Accounts.
ASM
The Book would also reveal that the Spiritual White Boy, King Anthony Santiago Martin (ASM) as we know him, died in 1985 (God rest his soul). His death was three years prior to Ferdinand Marcos’ death in 1988. The one now known as Anthony Santiago Martin arrived in 1993 from a Thai village. He is certainly no King Anthony. He was put into place by an alphabet agency, and, along with four others, was meant to impersonate the deceased King Anthony. The accounts are indeed large, but … the King is no longer.
This imposter ASM admits he was offered money yet he also claims never to have received any. If you believe this one, wait until you hear him twist another lie. He even claims he was set up for the purpose of gaining unauthorized access to the ASM accounts. Now that makes sense seeing the West believes they own accounts that do not belong to them. In fact, this play-actor Anthony Santiago Martin actually states that he was only a signator and nothing more.
Getting Back in Focus
There is much that we have been facing and when we honestly assess our forces, we see that we can handle the Global Accounts or the Book, but not both at the same time. Our team can handle 8 or 9 deals simultaneously, but the magnitude of what we face is tremendous and we need help.
But we have the perfect ammunition that another could use to do a bang-up job against those who plan to destroy us. This will give us double bang for the punch, and maybe just enough to push us over the hump to a spot called safety.
So this is for you, the people who supported us, have laughed with us, and sometimes felt for us. Now we return your support and faith in us, and we hope we are soon done. The “Financial Holy Grail” is now on its way to global exposure. With this break-through action, we are pushing them hard from all angles. Together with the new AIIB, BRICS, etc., we will all make a very nice harmony.

Please be very very careful of letting that book go, please please please for the sake of humanity. I have a bad feeling about it. I’d prefer that instead of letting it go to whom ever or what ever government that you keep possession of the book and just invite that person or government to join your team where you can keep an eye on it and control of it. Then put all the information out on all mainstream media stations all over the world.

Is the key to the meaning of the codes also in the book itself, or is that part separated from it somewhere else in order to keep it from being deciphered? All I can say Neil is Holly Sh#t. You certainly know how to put a smile on my face – not much of that lately.
Please choose wisely. The old adage – absolute power corrupts absolutely. Whom so ever gains possession of the books will be in a position of complete dominance provided they have direct access to the systems in which to effectively use the codes and live long enough to do so. Be very careful and thoughful.
On the other hand, your assessment of workload and allowing someone to handle this important effort thus freeing you has merit.
One question; If the Black Book has all the information, should not the same Black Book be the instrument for you to re-allocate the global funds and align the funds in accordance with the original accounts. That is transfer complete assets and ownership back to source and away from criminals. I am not too knowledgable on this subject, but just a thought.

I have been watching and praying and staying silent because I’ve been very sick, but I’m getting better. All of you have been in my thoughts and prayers day and night; you are my family and you will be forever.
Thank you Neil with all my heart for this update. I am speechless and excited and worried all at the same time. It’s earth shattering, and you must be very careful. I also am very sorry for the loss of your friend and for the one who was injured. I keep them in my thoughts and prayers and I know your friend is watching over you from heaven.
Please be very careful. I share Elohssa’s point of view; very well said. I have a bad feeling about it too. Let the person who can really help come to you and look at everything and make sure they are extremely well vetted. Don’t take any chances. If anything happened to any of you I would die. These are treacherous times.

Neil, you said your problems mostly involve cabal interference and yet you announce to them ahead of time what you intend to do giving the very same cabal to stop you from achieving your goals. That black book of codes is as good as gone now that they can track your every step.
And if they can’t get it from you or your courrier then they ‘ll get it from whomever you give it to so you just made the first bad mistake by letting everyone know your intent.
You should have already sent it to a government like Russia for instance, so that it would be in strong hands that could thwart whatever the cabal can throw at them, before letting anyone know about what you did.

I know Neil Keenan didn’t decide this on his own. He has a lot of good friends like David Wilcock, Benjamin Fulford, and others who have proven to have been working to achieve the same goal: “defeat the cabal”. THE way to release such information is by releasing the whole thing to the PEOPLE on this planet by means of a so-called “torrent” file and asking people to download and “seed” this file. The way it works is that multiple people download a copy of the material and subsequently share it with one another, so that the whole thing gets copied to tens, hundreds or perhaps even thousands of computers across the globe (if this information is as valueable as you say).
This would mean you would have to scan the material into a digital form and put it online. What you would need is a computer with a reasonable internet connection and a number of people willing to take some risk by seeding your file(s) as soon as you make them available,.
After that, you put your torrent (sort of index) file onto a web-site like the pirate bay and make some noise pointing people there. If it’s important and good information and you do this properly, there is NO WAY anyone can take it down once there are at least, say, 10 “seeders”.
I understand if this sounds a bit technical and troublesome, but if you really want this stuff to become public knowledge, this is the way to go. For an introduction on torrents, see for example:

The basic idea is that the file(s) you want to release are downloaded and subsequently shared by lots of people/computers around the globe. And there is a reason the film industry does not like this torrent stuff and has tried to take down thepiratebay.se multiple times, without much success…..
To cut a long story short;
1. digitize the book;
2. prepare a torrent file release on your own computer;
3. get at least one person with a fast internet connection to download
and “seed” your file;
4. put your torrent on thepiratebay.se;
5. make some noise and point people to your file at thepiratebay so
they can download and help “seeding”.

I’m not going to pretend I even understand all this implies. I only know it is of great importance, as is your own safety and my belief in the eventual success of your tireless efforts. I am certain that you know exactly what you are up against and exactly what you are doing.
That being said, I like Arend Lammertink’s idea, but if you do it yourself, be sure to have mirror sites. My vote would be to release it to either Edward Snowden or better yet, Julian Assange. The advantage with Snowden is Putin could access it more easily; with Assange, Wikileaks and thus, the world would have access. But I trust your judgment.

Brilliant move Mr. Keenan! Exposing the Black Book really puts the cabosh on the Cabal and a well needed “slap in face”. Not only does it stop them from digging into in to the accounts but it opens up the doors for you to raise funds and take the attack to them.
Not many understand the Black Book and the contents. What I have read are basically
good wishes from good people who pray this book helps. If only they knew!

It’s about metagaming. Informing everybody of some actions may have consequences that will overwhelm tight systems that lie within finance. when laws are no longer upheld by some of the players we literally need everybody to participate and morale has a role here.
Keeping us informed will let everyone be able to reach and find solutions that we may not have had without the information. motivation to reach the goal of freedom can be linked to seeing progress on the field of battle. Politicians will have it harder and harder when they lie and continue dangerous selfdestructive policies when too many people protest the value of the system falls. we need to have people know what money is to understand when they are being scammed and scammed more than was initially planned, the system has a limit and the faster we get people to realize the limit has been reached a long time ago if it was not for the lack of truth, we will get the changes. JFK thought violence would be inevitable when the system denied all decent change, apparently the cabal wants this to end in bloodshed due to some mysticism / ideology that involves worship of entities which they think of as rulers of all things.

This give me the assurance that yes, we are receiving help from some one or something ? I call it “divine intervention”. We are going to be fine, the whole world is waking up, thank God. Would getting the Black Book into the right hands be a catalyst for projects similar to The Venus Project? It’s just my sense that so much of the planet needs to be cleaned up and a paradigm shift out of this “corporate citizen” and “capitalist growth model” mentality is essential. I don’t see it being an easy process or painless but nothing worth anything comes without some pain. What’s it going to take for so many to realize that the path we are on is unsustainable? I guess I can’t say too much because my own fear and economic insecurity has kept me from leaving it all behind and trying to find some remote island to live on. I just wish I had the magic bullet or wavelength or be that 100th monkey that makes it all click. I hope this post isn’t mis interpreted as a lessening of your cause because I appreciate all that Team K does. I guess I just feel the need to confess that I pray them success yet continue to be a cog all at the same time and am by definition a hypocrite.

In listening again to Neil reading his notes on his latest video, I find it is a wonderful review & recognition of how important it is for We The People to reclaim our true identity & sovereignty. It is one of many universal common law societies that has spring up. It has been going strong in S Africa 5 years. I believe over 10,000 people and so 10, 000 dont pay for car tabs, car plates, income tax, etc etc. It starts there. Imagine pockets of 10,000 people here and there refusing to support the system, in small degrees or larger. I think you both are right. If I had the book.. I would set up an organization. could be a non profit even. Have board members, and citizens of the organization, to expose the information. strength in numbers. Not one person can be trusted to hold this type of information. Members would be accountants, lawyers, house wives even.. But even as now today.. the Clinton foundation is under fire.. Lies and proof can be washed away with a pen, or a delete button or just denial. It has gotten to the point in our lives where the normal person just doesn’t care. It all can be covered up with words, and a fancy photo. The people of today are detached and sick really.. People are losing desire, losing their health, their jobs.. fighting to pay bills.. Most people don’t care about Chem Trails, or Vaccines, or Flouride in the water.. they only care about the now in their day.. The only way the American People will take notice, is when we are hit with a EMP, or a Cyber Attack… or something that effects the trance and it will have to last awhile, to break the trance..
