For nearly all of the entire two month period that Neil spent in Jakarta at the end of 2015 – working on releasing the Global Collateral Accounts, he had Lanny (also known as the Asian Insider) with him. Not always, but often.
Neil felt that ‘Lanny’ was keeping an eye on him (likely as part of a final evaluation exercise in order to determine as to whether or not Neil was qualified to handle the Global Collateral Accounts) and report back to the Family. His latest correspondence to Neil (below) is a post for all to see; as to whether or not Neil would pass muster or fall on his face.
We leave it to you to find out for yourselves, reading ‘Lanny’s Observations,’ which are quite detailed and were surprising even for Neil to read. And if this was startling for Neil, we can only imagine what you will think when you see it.
This is being posted for only one reason, the Asian Insider wants everyone to see his evaluation of the person we know as Neil Keenan.

Mr. Keenan,
The completion of one journey necessitates the beginning of another.
In response to your recent post, I want to reassure you that in no way will I reveal any further, your most private business affairs. I have every confidence that you are perfectly situated in the right place at the right time now – even though some challenges remain.
I must relate that in spending time with you I have experienced both enjoyable and confusing escapades. Personally, I would like to thank you for allowing me to bear witness to your many trying circumstances, from calmness to tumultuous storms, and to your giving so generously from the heart.
Your drive and your desire are incomparable. I have never witnessed such an incredible soul drive through the challenges that you have endured without complaint. I know of the poisoning episodes (now numbering six or seven?), the robotic bug, and most recently the health challenges delivered upon you both in terms of blood sugar and acidic elevations.
You then went into hiding and so most people had no idea. Only those who were extremely close to you knew what you were going through, and that it was not very pleasant. I am aware that you almost did not make it this time, but with your team and friends pulling together for you and assisting you, you managed to kick your way back to health. What an amazing story Group K has to tell one day!
I must confess that I was “planted” to observe you and your habits, Neil. Some had tasked me with determining, at this pivotal point, to make definitively sure that you really are a conscious, diligent stalwart and not a “one trick pony”?
We could not have been duped into turning over the quadrillions of dollars in the Global Collateral Accounts to just anyone, or even to someone like you; without being totally assured that you could handle such a monumental undertaking. What I have learned is that you are more than capable of handling this mission, although not entirely by yourself.
I (we), know you will delegate responsibility to others more qualified than yourself to do what you have no desire to do. As a matter of fact, this is not so much about the money with you, as it is the thrill of the chase, catching what no one else has ever caught; as well as your sincere desire to help Indonesia and the rest of the world.
The one difference you noted to me between this and other deals, is that this is the gift that keeps on giving, not just to you or your group, but to the entire world. In other words, what you said to me whilst not being aware of my wider job description, immediately set me to thinking that you are absolutely the man for this job.
I watched you go through so much of your own money and then go without, while knowing there is “gold in them there hills.” You did not push things even though you had every right to do so. No, you looked over the terrain and acted strategically when you deemed it to be appropriate. A necessary attribute in dealing with something so very important as the Global Collateral Accounts.
You have such a small team at this time, yet although somewhat in disarray, they always seem to find a way to get things done. I can only imagine what will happen when you have things going the way you would prefer them to be. You were always at a disadvantage in Jakarta working from your room, waiting for your team mates to arrive, and when they didn’t, you’d lose another day and another dollar.
I also saw that patience is not one of your virtues, but this is no longer so important, seeing you will have a team of highly qualified professionals, thereby freeing you to do even more important things. This is the way smart people work, and in our extended discourse you relayed to me that this is the way you plan on doing things.
You are right in counting on your family friends both in Hong Kong and in Ireland. Both are strong team members who know exactly what they’re doing. Most importantly, you respectfully defer to them in their fields of expertise.
I’ve overheard the conversations you’ve held with them, and I observed that at all times you listened to them regarding financing and marketing. You are a team player and a skilled leader, the perfect one to lead this effort regarding the freeing of the contents of the Global Collateral Accounts.
Your team is going to swell into a megalith of a foundation, one that will facilitate the financing of the freedom of this planet. You’ve already seen the truth of this as well as stating to me that “everyone will come to us for financing, when seeing we will have the most money worldwide.” The writing is on the wall.
I saw your eyes light up when the discussion took place among the Elders who said they have been speaking to you for 30 years. You laughed, but the Elders were serious. You need to truly understand that they are not on the same playing field as you find yourself, or your spiritual time line.
They often work in another dimension, and, rightfully so, they do know what you’re going to say even a day in advance. They also know who you are, and knew who you were even before you took your first step into Indonesia. They have told you as such.
Remember the Elders told you about how the entities need you in order to be released from the bunkers, and you heard their spirits calling you as you were driving away, asking you to help them and not to leave them. At first you thought you were hearing things, but now you know it to be true and you must further open your consciousness and allow things to happen. This is a topic that will eventually be explained to you. The entities live on another plane of existence so let them help and assist you as well.
Well, I had many weeks to observe, and I must say that both yourself and your team are very impressive. You continue to make achievements against phenomenal odds, but I might add, as has been relayed to you before, know that you are protected by 9 angels and often 12 or more. This is no laughing matter.
You have so many helping to protect and assist you in your quest. You have already experienced this but rarely speak of it as you have concerns about how “you could never tell anyone what is happening, because it seems so crazy.” “Coo Coo,” you called it. But you also understood miraculous things were happening outside of this physical plane are taking place, and you are active within it all.
There is a lot more that I could say, but I am releasing this onto the internet for one reason: To let everyone know that my last communique was to push you on one last time. This would appear to have served it’s purpose – I wanted to see the “mad dog” in you come out once more and it did, although it was a much more restrained version than the last one I saw observed in Jakarta. You still are a “one man wrecking crew,” and you are fearless.
This is good, but please understand you will not be able to interact with everybody in such a manner. Your soft side is so often a joy to watch and experience. You may have struggled to be one of the boys, especially when small talk does not come naturally to you.
You are on an expansive playing field now my friend, so use it, use it well, use it all, and most especially your numerous formidable talents.
I am available should you require my assistance at any stage in the future. As per my one of my key directives, I have reassured all parties involved that you are the only person for this assignment. Make the necessary arrangements including whatever bridging finance you may need.
The task of releasing the Global Collateral Accounts is as imminent as it is urgent. You must proceed as quickly as practicable upon your return.

I knew you could be trusted when I first heard about you through the Wilcock interview and my trust is hard to come by, but with you it is well placed and it happened right at the beginning when I learned about you. To the Asian Insider: Thank You, Sir, for revealing the true character of Neil Keenan that many of us who have long followed his courageous humanitarian journey already know in our hearts. As you too know, he comes from, and is a fine example of, an Irish lineage that includes perseverance as well as a fighting spirit that defies great odds. Ireland can be proud of both Neil and his ancestors who are also in the history books.
I have observed Neil since he first came on the public stage with his current monumental, historic mission. I have been blessed with the gift of discernment, and I have a lifelong practice of listening to the voice of Spirit within…which has guided me throughout my own profound life journey. I immediately “knew” in my heart and soul that Neil was/is an exceptional man with the “Company of Heaven” behind his mission”, and I have never doubted his integrity throughout this incredible saga of “Going for the Gold” on securing and opening the GCA.
I, too, see the wisdom of the Elders in choosing this “Man for All Seasons”. He has been tested down to the roots of his very soul, as his quest has taken him into uncharted territories…places where most humans never dare to tread. How many of us are up to facing 7 death threats, let along having a personal fortune frozen or stolen by the cabal, as well as sacrificing remaining personal funds to continue this incredible battle that goes above and beyond human comprehension?
I have spent a great deal of my life with indigenous peoples so I understand their gifts of spiritual access to the multi-dimensions where they observe us humans as we go through our earth journeys. Their Elders have a sacred contract with the divine to help humanity as well as Mother Earth. It is a through their deep perceptive abilities that enables them to read our hearts as well as our souls. This does not mean we must be perfect, but, rather that we are true to our soul contracts when we are born on this planet.
The blessing of Neil’s mission coming into fruition is that we, too, are blessed along with the Dragon Family of the Asian Insider. The CA and the gold are far more than their monetary value. Their conscious and compassionate use will uplift all of humanity as well as Earth herself. The far-reaching consequences of untold generosity, true compassion and lovingkindness will heal the souls of mankind and usher in the Golden Age foretold in many ancient prophecies.
This is behind the quest of our beloved Neil and Group K. It reminds each one of to prepare our own souls, to clear our darkness and stop the hatreds and vindictiveness so pervasive today. We, too, have a choice: to begin our own renewal of our spirits so that we are worthy of the blessings coming our way from the vast abundance that will encompass our lives around the globe. It’s our soul contract to commit to the practice of the Golden Rule. It will begin a return to peace on our beloved planet.
This is a great time of transformation despite the current chaos erupting worldwide. The Chinese symbol for chaos also means opportunity. From my vantage point of observation, I see opportunities beyond human imagination. It does require giving up old ways of being and doing that cause suffering and despair. Now is the time to commit to that which is the greater in ourselves, as Neil and Group K have already done.

Neil words fail me as I read these words from Lanny. I have followed you for some time on the internet. All the while pulling for you and more important your mission. So many times people have been let down by others failing under such a monumental task. I list JFK, MLK, and others. They were not failures but were removed before they could complete their mission. Maybe their job was only to get the ball rolling and for those of us left behind to finish. It seems the Cabal has always been able to act with impunity to take out anyone they wanted whenever they wanted.
Neil I so want your mission to succeed. My resources are currently limited but my thoughts sent to you and your team of your continued success on a truly impossible mission continue daily. The change to human life on this planet and I mean everywhere on this planet for the betterment of all must succeed.

I was so very pleased to read the letter above. It has assured me my instincts about you, your integrity, your motives and your heart are sincere which is very calming to know. As you well know the internet is a hornets nest of mis-information, partial information and yes much truthful information. I have been following you for quite some time now, hanging off your words hoping, wishing and praying you were the real meal deal as I felt you were. Although I have read various mistruths from others sites wishing to discredit you to further their own agenda it was very reassuring to read the letter written to you by Lanny.
I wish you all the success in the world Neil and truly hope we are close to fruition and the new and exciting beginning that awaits all humanity.

Re: trusting my own family…why should they suffer? I trust my cousin in Canada but I don’t burden her with anything. She is very good at keeping her mouth shut and can keep secrets; she has a lot of friends and everyone wants to be with her because she’s so original and very funny. My rule is:” don’t tell anyone what you don’t want anyone else to know.” It makes life much easier.

This to me is good news. Carry on Neil and this get this done. It seems you are being supported from above as well as certain people here on earth. Things need to change and it seems from what Asian Insider has said…. that the Elders have been communicating with you for a long time so they must see you are a man of your word. I think they have been helping you. Please continue with your work. There are so many people including myself who meditate daily with the intent of letting the light into this planet so that things can change. We support you with the light of our hearts Neil. How many of us are up to facing 7 death threats, let along having a personal fortune frozen or stolen by the cabal, as well as sacrificing remaining personal funds to continue this incredible battle that goes above and beyond human comprehension?
I have spent a great deal of my life with indigenous peoples so I understand their gifts of spiritual access to the multi-dimensions where they observe us humans as we go through our earth journeys. Their conscious and compassionate use will uplift all of humanity as well as Earth herself. This is a great time of transformation despite the current chaos erupting worldwide. The Chinese symbol for chaos also means opportunity. From my vantage point of observation, I see opportunities beyond human imagination. It does require giving up old ways of being and doing that cause suffering and despair. Now is the time to commit to that which is the greater in ourselves, as Neil and Group K have already done.

Wow. I once got some help from someone in the dimensional place or a world place not seen with human eyes. I could sense it was someone and for a few days felt a close contact. It was a time no one else could help me and very dire time of my life. I asked, alone one day and was surprised when I called or rather softly cried out from the heart admitted needing some higher being or hoping anyway there was someone around. Only time so far I asked but yes, these angels or guardians are near all the time. No words were heard but I could feel it and got the message and what was needed at the time.

After WW1 Cnadian Government set out to bring its country back to self support. I think about that a lot because it’s true. I can’t stand it when people criticize God and blame Him for the Holocaust. It’s man’s inhumanity to man. Look at Joseph Mengele and Stalin and Pol Pot and Che Guevara. (I despise those t shirts! People are so uninformed.) As I understand it, heaven does not (as a rule) interfere at all with free will. God hopes we do what’s right and remember Him. He gave His only Son to save the world, and what does that Museum in NY do with our tax dollars? Have an art show with the cross of Jesus upside down in a jar of urine. I was having a fit to say the least. I should have been confirmed. (I’m Italian(northern) American 4th generation.) Truth is, the whole world is a complete mess and ovomit made it worse than ever. I will never give up. It’s really hard sometimes.

Killary was projected winner of one state before the results were in, and Cruz is projected winning in places where Trump is actually winning. what is going on. how can we get anything honestly done in this crooked, rigged process? you see how Soros is paying people to riot at the Trump rallies, we know it’s him and his cronies doing this. when will their assets be frozen? Im not an american either, so I can only talk about the elections with a few americans I do know. the TSA / prisonguards and their cooking scanners have made sure I will not visit.
I don’t really care which part of planet the first projects are started up as long as I see it happen soon. eventually everyone will be able to participate i assume, once its started it can’t be stopped since people will participate and start protecting those projects and be attached to them way more than their criminal political systems i think.

I renewed my passport but there is no way I’ll travel to Montreal until they get rid of the tsa. I WILL NOT be molested just to get on a plane. A lot of those people are criminals and I heard of a woman saying to a tsa agent: “You can only touch me if you love me.” …and they waved her through. Those X-ray machines are very dangerous. It’s just another way to kill off the population.

I won’t. Thanks. My cousin lives near the St. Lawrence river in southern Ontario. You can see the Adirondacks in the distance and lots of snow buntings in the snowy fields. It’s lovely. We have a friend with a little house in Nova Scotia.
I love being in the country or out in the wild with the right provisions. I used to go winter camping in the White Mountains in NH.

I have some information for you. Please note that this information is not my own but comes from a very high spiritual source.
Regarding the Angels, yes you have –somewhat– of protection but not as much as you should be. This makes sense from my point of view because Angels are only allowed to intervene in a limited way. That explains why you were poisoned 6 times, attacked by an electronic bug and lost money from your account.
My own personal feeling is Angelic protection would be a spiritual protection, probably from negative entities/black magicians and that sort of thing but not from other kinds of attack.
But I was also given some shocking information which I never looked for. It was suggested to me that there is internal conflict within the Family, and not with others. If this is true then the other information I received must also be true, because how could I possibly know that?
It was also suggested to me that the Dragon Family has been infiltrated. Now I know I will get all sorts of accusations and told I don’t know anything and that that is simply not true, and the Dragon Family has not been infiltrated but I have to say the beings who told me this are 100%. The Dragon Family has definitely been infiltrated.
I was also told ‘but they don’t have cells’. This meant small groups [cells] of people who are only given part of the picture. How could I know that?
I’m afraid I cannot say exactly who it is only that it is NOT Lanny the insider, but that the person is male. I was told this person is trying to expose the Dragon Family, and that greed has taken this person over.
I don’t have an agenda, not do I want some kind of name for the sake of immature glory or insecurity. I was told this information and believe it to be completely reliable.
I could get more information if it was badly needed… However it’s unlikely that anyone will believe this, but I’ve done my part and leave it with you anyway.

this is a lot to comprehend and digest! lol. I can imagine how Mr. Keenan feels with all this talk about higher planes and dimensions. I have experienced glimpses into other realms that the Lord allowed me to see, such as an archangel fighting demons with a sword in his right hand while keeping his other hand protecting me. They were ugly little buggers and they were many. God allowed me to see this because at the time I was a ‘missionary’ (short lived sorry to say. I was too much of a rebel to follow the rules at the time) and we would go into very bad neighborhoods to witness to people & tell them how they needed the Lord. they would say, “aren’t you scared coming into this neighborhood? you’re not safe here” And we would always respond that God was protecting us w/ a hedge of angels and we knew we were protected. And they usually responded, “but I don’t see anything!” So I started praying, Lord, I know ur angels exist, but maybe one day you will allow me to see into that realm of your almighty power at work.” Well after 2 weeks of that prayer every night, He gave me a glimpse of the other realm. it was scary spiritual warfare and the book of Ephesians explains that clearly. So don’t let these fools today tell you there is no God, it’s all made up, for they work for the evil realms. hard at work because their days are numbered. keep your eyes on the prize , which for me is the narrow path that leads to eternal life w/ Christ. Last week’s editorial asked the question: Can the Constitution be improved? We said that the American Constitution represented an new concept in history. It declared that the sovereign power of the state rightfully is derived from the people instead of the divine right of kings. We concluded that it was an amazingly successful beta model but that it was not perfect, because it contained undefined phrases, such as “the general welfare” clause, that left holes through which political predators eventually were able to enter and undermine original intent.
Rather than deride the Founding Fathers for failure to foresee every contingency and close every hole, we praised them for embedding the ideology of individualism into the nation’s guiding document, and we thanked them for starting an experiment that we, ourselves, now have an opportunity to continue.
The centerpiece of that editorial was the idea that public officials should be considered as hired experts to do a specific job, but that we should remain as their employers. We are like passengers on a ship who determine where we want to go but leave it up to the crew to get us there. I wrote:
“The place to start for keeping the ship’s crew from becoming masters of the passengers is to draft the contract [between passengers and crew] in such clear and unambiguous terms that it is impossible to interpret it any other way. The next step is to make sure that the passengers as well as the crew read the contract; and, third, there must be a small group of volunteer guardians who see to it that the content and especially the wisdom behind the content of that contract is perpetually disseminated among all future passengers.”
On the following day, I received an email from a subscriber who asked:
“What should be done with the passengers or crew that don’t agree with the terms of said contract? Are they allowed to leave the ship? Or will the contract be forced upon them regardless? The latter would not seem to be in line with the idea of freedom-of-choice over coercion. Shouldn’t the principle of non-violation be at the heart of all human interaction? I shouldn’t violate you or your property, and you shouldn’t violate me or mine — except in true self-defense. Beyond that, can any so-called contract really be enforced without clear consent from each and every individual affected by it?”
Here is my reply:
This is a great question, and the answer goes right to the heart of the issue. You stated the question in its purest form when you asked: “Shouldn’t the principle of non-violation be at the heart of all human interaction?” The answer is no.
As you stated in your letter, the use of coercion is consistent with the principles of individualism – if it is used in defense of life, liberty, or property. Therefore, the contract should require the crew and passengers to follow the rules even if they disagree. They should be free to express their disagreement and free to change the rules by means outlined in the contract itself but, in the meantime, they are obligated to support the agreement.
In this analogy, passengers are the source of authority for determining the ship’s destination but, in the real world, we need a precise description of what the word “destination” means.
Citizens have authority to use coercion against their neighbors only in the defense of life, liberty, or property. Therefore, that is all they can delegate to their elected representatives. That means the only legitimate destination of any ship-of-state is to protect the lives, liberty, and property of its citizens. Nothing more.
If it is acceptable for the state to use lethal force to protect the lives, liberty, and property of its citizens, then it also may use lesser types of coercion, such as taxation and enforced compliance. The problem is that, the minute we accept legalized coercion in the defense of human rights, many people immediately jump over the line and start concocting all kinds of social programs to be funded and enforced in the same manner. However, if we keep in mind that the object of coercion must always be limited to the defense of life, liberty, and property and nothing more, then the apparent contradiction disappears.

I saw the speech and though i have a lot of anger towards israhell and its bloodthirsty supporters I understand why trump made this move, it’s a political move to try and get past the aipac lobbyists without having them in opposition in the future. I don’t like this kind of move and I think if he is for real that he can win without dealing with them.
If you listen to what he said carefully he didn’t give specifics about what kind of help he would offer israhell except for mediating negotiations between them and palestine, he gave a lot of lipservice about standing with israhell but nothing very specific. the fact that he convinced the crowd that palestine exists and that in a negotiation both sides has do give something seems like a miracle to me really.

Personally, I cannot swallow AT ALL what Ben ALWAYS iterates re the Vatican being on the up and up. PUH-LEASE. The vatican are butchers. But Ben does reveal a ton of behind-the-scenes intel and would appreciate some feedback from Team K.

I just heard horrific news of yet another holistic doctor who has been killed along with his family. there has been a line of doctors in alternative medicine who have lost their lives recently, is that linked to big pharma somehow?
