Neil Francis Keenan passed in March 2025 leaving behind a legacy of personal stories and experiences that impacted the World and those that knew him. 



These are some of the “Tales” that shaped the life of this man as told to me and others while sitting at his table and in hours of personal conversations late into the nights. 

I was his friend and confidant and have saved his memories for others to enjoy and reflect upon as they contain gems of human lessons.

I have taken the liberty of changing names to protect the privacy of others and left out stories of “Tails” since there were many, if you know what I mean. 

Being a rich young eligible bachelor and with an Irish charm left his door open to opportunities.  And there were many who enjoyed his company.

These Tales focus more on Neil’s exploits around the world prior to his infamous Trillion Dollar Lawsuit, which will be covered in more detail in another reveal. 

These stories start with his early schooling through his athletic days and then through his later business ventures. 

These are the true Tales as told to me by the man himself and often confirmed by others at the table. 

I welcome corrections and other friend’s stories that you may have had personally with Neil to be included in this biography.  Just send them to me and I will try to include them in posts.

I will be posting a new Tale about every fortnight with Richard’s help.  Some are long.  Some are short.  Some with pictures and others with colors. 

All will be spaced out to give members time to read and comment… and enjoy.

Things have been happening behind the scenes since Neil’s passing specifically relating to his mission and global financial and economic reform.

Neil was at war with the old Empire and paid the ultimate price. But the fight goes on.

Neil left behind a framework and an inspiration for others to follow, a will to inspire and embrace change, to transform generational enslavement into global freedom and prosperity.

He boldly went forward holding the Banner of Truth and let that light shine on the corrupt Empire and its minions.

That legacy lives on as the Awakening spreads. Look around and see! King Charles went to Canada and declared himself King there, then 5 Provinces declared their intentions to secede.

Battle lines between the Empire’s prolonged support of the corrupt Ukraine versus the sovereign Republic of Russia is another example.

And now the unnecessary war between Israel and Iran all orchestrated by the Crown and clowns. Well, I have been in contact with a bloodline member of the Golden Dragon Family to see if we can continue with Neil’s mission and keep that indefatigable Spirit ALIVE!

Together we have developed strategic plans for a lasting operational structure that Neil was planning. We are negotiating with the Family Grandfathers concerning the structures and placement of key personnel and the financing options that need to be made available.

The base of operations will be The REPUBLIC of Indonesia and we will have access to bunker assets needed to finance projects like free energy, healthcare, food production, infrastructure developments and humanitarian projects in Indonesia, Asia and the World.

Neil envisioned the transitioning out of the old Empire and into a New Age of global prosperity… and that appears to be the supportive intent of the Family. And that seems to be the direction of Neil’s old friend Trump as there is a definite shift of America going back to its founding Republic.

This is causing confusion and funded Empire chaos, but the CHANGE is happening regardless. The Family bailed out the United States in 1934 and gave gold in exchange for 1928 one million dollar Notes. I anticipate another bailout may be necessary to resolve the financial illiquidity currently happening… everywhere.

We are thus proposing financial structures that can hopefully restore financial stability with asset backed currencies. That is what is needed.

We are in the final stages of this restructuring and should have positive news in the very near future. So keep the faith and hunker down, helping others. Neil’s spirit is still hanging around and is as feisty as ever.
