This update covers more of the details behind Neil’s latest financing efforts as sabotaged by MARK, who intentionally buggered the deal by violating the terms and conditions of a written and binding Contract that he signed and breached the terms of the Non-Disclosure Agreement therein.

This came at the end of weeks of negotiations and agreement of terms, thus it became a waste of time and money and the withdrawal of the Funder and subsequent legal actions now pending against Mark.

This was a huge disappointment not just for Neil, but also for Russ and others involved in the negotiations and drafting of the Contract.

This is what happens when GREED and the scent of POWER overpower one’s moral and legal integrity. Now Mark will face the music of his own off key song, truth and justice will prevail.
